3. Payments & refunds

Course fees are due at purchase and may be processed by payment providers. Refunds: within 14 days if under 25% of on-demand content is consumed; live workshop fees refundable up to 48 hours prior.

4. License & IP

We grant a limited, non-transferable license to access purchased content for personal, non-commercial use. All materials remain the intellectual property of Lumenforge GrowLab.

5. Acceptable conduct

• No unauthorized sharing, recording, or redistribution of course content.
• No harassment, spam, or illegal activity on our platforms.
• Respect local regulations regarding composting, water use, and rooftop access.

6. Disclaimers

Courses are educational; outcomes vary by climate, light, and maintenance. We do not guarantee specific yields or results. Use equipment responsibly and follow safety instructions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumenforge GrowLab is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using services at any time.

9. Disputes

These Terms are governed by New York law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiations and, if necessary, binding arbitration in New York County, NY, unless prohibited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
